All the staff that we met during our transfer and stay were lovely, and nothing was too much trouble. Emily looked after us a couple of times to cover Hamish's day off and she was also adorable and cooked us delicious food - my favourite meal of hers was the pork loin. The wine was excellent and we loved the welcome bottle of bubbly. All his meals were very tasty - a smash hit was the lamb with flatbreads on night one. Absolutely charming and looked after us so well. Beds were a little firm but otherwise pillows, duvet and sheets very comfortable. The bedroom was nicely furnished with generous wardrobes/storage which included a safe. Soft towels and towelling robes were provided. The bathrooms were fab - especially the showers! Everything very clean. We loved the decor, log fire, dining and sofa area. We stayed in Loft 3 Aspen House, a delightful and very comfortable 2 bedroom chalet. Whilst the building was brand new for the 2019/2020 season, each of the apartments are sumptuously designed creating a timeless aura with classic furnishings and a rich decor. We’re super excited to offer you, Aspen House. So we’ve listen, scratched our heads, spent five years planning, and at last, upped and moved a few hundred yards across town. You have been telling us for a while that the building was looking a little tired, the location increasingly noisy, the heating at times problematic and in these relentlessly demanding times (!), the front door a little far from the piste. Aspen Lodge had been our home in Val d’Isère for 20 years but it was time for a move.
